Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own material handling projects across our network. You'll lead end‑to‑end delivery for building types (ARS, SSD, AMZL, IXD, 1DC, RDC) and coordinate with WWDE, Operations Engineering, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams.

You will drive project lifecycle from initiation through handover, establish project standards, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and relationships with vendors and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in contract management.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with multiple medium-sized projects (up to $40M) and/or large projects (>$100M).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (Weekdays travel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for material handling system implementation programs, driving end-to-end execution across mechanical engineering, controls integration, power systems, and operational requirements for specific building types.
• Lead a multi-disciplined team and sub-contractors; manage conflict, establish priorities, coordinate activities, and provide overall project leadership.
• Manage the project master schedule, administrative, contractual, technical, and financial aspects to achieve timely completion and accountability.
• Drive cross-functional communications and strategic planning for deployment, determine KPIs, and drive standardization with operations, vendors, and senior leaders.
• Define and improve technical standards, deployment methodologies, and playbooks; coordinate across engineering disciplines to ensure requirements and metrics are met.
