Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Material Handling and BHS automation projects across North America. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in material handling, baggage handling or industrial automation.
• Experience delivering complex multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of Material Handling and BHS projects from kick-off through commissioning and handover.
• Manage budgets, schedules, scope and subcontractors.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and regular project communications.
• Develop detailed project schedules and mitigation plans.
• Support FAT, SAT and site handover activities.
