The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in material handling with PM focus, plus 3+ years in leadership. PMP is preferred; travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• PMP or related certification preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of projects for direct reports, including engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and handover.
• Lead and develop a team of project managers with clear objectives.
• Enforce department policies and Hy-Tek standards.
• Serve as primary client escalation point with timely communication.
• Monitor contract costs and schedules and report progress.
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities.
