Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own material handling system projects across its network. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive end-to-end execution from initiation to commissioning, and establish playbooks to scale OMHS.

The role requires strategic vision, tactical execution, and strong vendor and internal partner management. Responsibilities include managing schedules and budgets, coordinating mechanical, electrical, and controls integration, and

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management.
• Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience with increasing complexity.
• Experience with medium sized projects (up to $40M) in Construction or Material Handling.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (weekdays travel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single-threaded leader for material handling system implementation programs, driving end-to-end execution.
• Lead a multi-disciplined team and subcontractors; manage conflict and priorities; provide project leadership.
• Manage the project master schedule, administrative, contractual, technical, and financial aspects.
• Drive cross-functional communications, determine KPIs, and drive standardization initiatives.
• Define and improve technical standards, deployment methodologies, and playbooks.
• Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines to maintain system integration ownership.
• Manage technical partnerships with OEMs and 3P engineering firms for design, integration, and commissioning.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and maintain engineering documentation standards.
• Drive commercial and technical strategy, increasing velocity while preserving quality and execution.
