Job summary

Hy-Tek is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-priority material handling projects, coordinating internal, external, and executive stakeholders while ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will interface with end users, distributors, and vendors, applying change management and quality standards to deliver customer-centric solutions across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, management or related experience required.
• 7+ years’ experience in the material handling industry preferred.
• Experience with installation and/or integration of systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point person for client communications during implementation.
• Manages the project schedule using the recommended project management tools and processes to drive completion within the agreed timeline.
• Manages scope of project to ensure all required work is included and finished.
• Develops resource plans and maintains project budgets and cost variance reports.
• Oversee daily activities of subcontractors during contract implementation and ensure safety standards.
