Job summary

CareMetx is seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale IT deployments and cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. You will guide strategy, planning, and execution, coordinating internal teams and external clients to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage complex programs, drive multiple workstreams, and maintain essential program documentation, budgets, and risk plans while communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience in project/program management on software/IT projects.
• Five years’ external client-facing delivery of complex software implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or engineering.
• Preferred experience in pharma/medical device/healthcare hub services.
• PMO/consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be the single accountable party for strategy, planning, and delivery.
• Drive multiple workstreams to meet program goals.
• Ensure measurable business benefits and aligned scope.
• Consult with clients to ensure contracts are met and value delivered.
• Oversee third-party vendors as needed.
• Brief stakeholders and clients on initiatives and progress.
• Plan initiatives through client workshops and requirements gathering.
• Chair program and stakeholder meetings to review progress.
• Maintain ongoing communications across teams and functions.
• Document and track integrated program plans and milestones.
• Publish regular status reports and adhere to SOPs.
• Manage resources, budgets, and forecasts.
