Job summary

Computacenter (UK) Ltd is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior operational lead for assigned accounts, overseeing deployment operations from order intake to business reviews. You will coordinate across Sales, production, planning, logistics, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and risks are managed.

The role requires strong service orientation, executive presence, and the ability to drive accountability without direct reporting lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
5–10 years of experience leading complex customer deployments.
Experience engaging customers and senior stakeholders; professional services experience preferred.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary operational contact and escalation point for assigned customer accounts.
Own integrated operational plans for active orders and deployments, including delivery dates and milestones.
Provide end-to-end oversight of production, logistics, shipping, and onsite delivery activities.
Develop and present customer business-review materials using deployment data.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams through influence, establishing priorities and driving accountability.
