Job summary

ConnectiveRx is seeking a Manager, Program Management in New Jersey to oversee client relationships and drive implementation of messaging solutions across accounts. You will serve as the day-to-day client contact and coordinate proposals, contracts, and SOWs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor performance and drive revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in account management within life sciences, strong RFP and contracting knowledge, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in account management with client relationships or related sales in life sciences/healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of and ability to complete Requests for Proposals (RFP).
• Strong knowledge of contracting processes and ability to route SOWs/POs/IOs.
• Broad knowledge of healthcare marketing, affordability products, and client brand strategy.
• MLR (Med Legal Review) process familiarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day client contact and delivers ConnectiveRx solutions.
• Gathers data for RFPs and SOWs with guidance from Business Development."
• Coordinates program setup with internal teams and clients; monitors performance.
• Develops activity/status updates, reports, and invoicing; analyzes data for actionable steps.
• Contributes to account management strategy and revenue growth recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
