Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS through definition, implementation, and results.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives with defined success measures and dependencies.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Support Delivery, clients, product and engineering teams.
• Develop meaningful metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and guide leadership.
• Communicate program status, risks, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
