Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS from problem definition through implementation.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives with defined success measures and risk management.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Client Operations, Product and Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
• Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
• Communicate program status, risks, findings, and outcomes to leadership.
