Oracle Corporation seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic and operational initiatives across Oracle Health Support Operations. This role manages a diverse portfolio of initiatives, leveraging experience in Oracle Health, AMS, and customer service to improve how we operate and deliver for customers.

The successful candidate will partner with Health Support leaders, subject matter experts, Product and Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to drive opportunities, structure ambiguous

Qualifications

• Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Health, AMS, and customer service/support operations.
• Ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead a wide variety of strategic, operational, technical, and non-technical initiatives across Oracle Health Support/AMS from definition to results.
• Own outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives with clear priorities and success metrics.
• Partner with Oracle Health Support, Support Delivery leaders, Client Operations, Product and Engineering teams.
• Apply deep understanding of Oracle Health tools, products, and support workflows to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence to improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Assess and audit key processes, identify gaps and risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze root causes and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Help establish and standardize processes and best practices across Support organizations.
• Develop meaningful metrics and reporting to evaluate process effectiveness.
