Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical or operations-focused programs for Federal, State, Local, or Higher Education agency clients.
• Strong knowledge of record management systems, asset lifecycle management, or secure document digitization processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience); PMP certification is preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.
• Hybrid schedule: ability to commute to Jessup, MD location three times a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Execution: Drive cross-functional program delivery from initiation through completion, establishing timelines, success metrics, and resource allocations while managing program budgets.
• Partner with Client Stakeholders: Engage directly with agency clients to align program outcomes with specific public-sector missions and contractual obligations.
• Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide project teams across Operations, IT, and Sales without relying on direct authority, building trust and shared accountability.
• Optimize Workflows & Mitigate Risk: Apply Agile and continuous-improvement frameworks to streamline program workflows, proactively identify delivery risks, and enhance service efficiency.
