Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a program manager to support various policy, workflow, and governance initiatives across functional areas. The role involves developing and maintaining program controls, budgets, and collateral, while ensuring value realization from deployed solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security, and will manage communications, meetings, and documentation to support governance frameworks and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program and/or project management experience.
• Operational process improvement experience.
• Managed care experience, preferably in a shared service/CoE or matrixed environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation for policies, workflows, and program controls.
• Manage program budgets and support project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to uphold governance standards.
• Track performance metrics and ensure value realization.
• Coordinate governance meetings and support portfolio management and change initiatives.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.
