Molina Healthcare is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across planning and implementation in the Los Angeles area. You will coordinate with business, operational, technical, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and strategic impact.

You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, develop dashboards and business cases, and ensure regulatory compliance while translating healthcare requirements into practical operational solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years Program Management experience.
• PMP Certification (and/or comparable coursework).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional business programs from planning through implementation.
• Oversee cross-functional teams of business, operational, technical, and external stakeholders.
• Define objectives, gather requirements, develop implementation strategies, and drive execution.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Develop and deliver status reports, business cases, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Oversee vendor relationships to support program execution and outcomes.
• Document requirements, workflows, implementation plans and post-implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements.
• Translate healthcare business requirements into operational solutions with clinical/finance/IT partners.
