Qualifications

• At least 4 years of program and/or project management experience.
• Experience with operational process improvement and governance.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for documenting policies, workflows, controls and playbooks.
• Apply project management skills to plan schedules, budgets and progress.
• Maintain organizational, project management and computer skills.
• Manage program budgets and support prioritization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Information Security to uphold governance.
• Track performance metrics and ensure value realization from deployed solutions.
• Coordinate recurring governance meetings and decision processes.
• Support portfolio management and change/project management as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to disseminate guardrails and best practices.
• Routinely review program collateral to reflect business needs.
• Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Create BRDs, test plans, traceability matrices and training materials.
• Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.
