• Define objectives, gather requirements, develop implementation strategies, and drive execution.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure alignment, accountability, and achievement of objectives.
• Develop and deliver status reports, business cases, dashboards, and recommendations to support decisions.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risks for timely delivery.
• Oversee vendor relationships and external partners to support program execution.
• Translate healthcare requirements into operational solutions with clinical, operational, compliance, and finance teams.
