Qualifications

• 5+ years of health care experience including clinical operations.
• Active state licensure if required by contract/regulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with state/federal regs and third-party requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and navigating portals/databases.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal healthcare services projects with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate program goals, evaluation, and support to ensure compliance with protocols.
• May oversee external vendors when needed.
• Focus on process improvement and change management for business needs.
• Lead healthcare services programs to meet critical needs.
• Translate customer needs into functional requirements.
• Conduct quality audits and implement quality initiatives.
• Create BRDs, test plans, RTMs, and training materials.
