Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking a program manager in Bothell to help drive policy, workflow and governance across functional areas. You will document playbooks, track budgets, and coordinate governance meetings with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include creating requirements, test plans, training materials and regular performance reports to ensure value realization from deployed solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Operational Process Improvement experience.
• Managed Care experience in a shared service, CoE or matrixed environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain policies, workflows, playbooks and best practices for the program.
• Manage the program budget and support project prioritization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Information Security on governance.
• Track performance metrics and ensure value realization from solutions.
• Coordinate governance meetings and decision-making processes.
• Support portfolio management and change initiatives as directed.
• Share collateral with stakeholders and promote adoption.
• Review program collateral for accuracy and currency.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and report to leadership.
• Develop business requirements documents, test plans and training materials.
• Generate and distribute standard reports on schedule.
