Job summary

Molina Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead internal business projects and cross-functional initiatives from design through implementation.

The role focuses on project and program management, directing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with external vendors as needed. Responsibilities include governance with Legal, Compliance and Information Security, developing BRDs, test plans, and training materials, and ensuring value realization from deployed solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Operational Process Improvement experience.
• Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service, CoE or matrixed environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from design through implementation and delivery.
• Plan and direct project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Information Security for governance.
• Track performance metrics and value realization from deployed solutions.
• Coordinate governance meetings and decision-making processes.
• Create and maintain business requirements, test plans and training materials.
