Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic customer service initiatives and end-to-end supply chain delivery for assigned accounts. You will manage ILM, VMI, or consignment programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive on-time delivery while optimizing profitability.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, leading business reviews, and delivering data-driven solutions to complex fulfillment challenges across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years in a customer-facing role within supply chain.
• Ability to lead customer business review presentations on topics such as on-time delivery, sales trends, obsolescence, cost savings, and fulfillment projects.
• Strong account management skills including forecasting, profitability analysis, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic customer service approaches to attain annual sales quotas.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to manage their supply chain.
• Manage inventory programs (ILM, VMI, or consignment) and improve fulfillment processes.
• Provide order entry, pricing, inventory inquiries, and transportation management support.
• Lead or support quarterly business reviews with customers and suppliers.
