Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage customer relationships and fulfillment for Inventory Logistics Management (ILM) accounts generating at least $7M in annual revenue. You will oversee vendor relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and lead a small team to drive improvements across fulfillment and cost management.

The role requires leadership experience, strong sales/service background, and the ability to coordinate with marketing and BD teams to achieve growth

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strong sales and/or service background.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experiences.
• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow relationships with Buyers and other key customer personnel.
• Oversee supply chain and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery and cost improvements.
• Direct supervision of a small team of Program Managers delivering ILM accounts under $5M revenue.
• Manage all aspects of FSL for locations managed by the team.
• Develop target service levels and team goals; drive fulfillment improvements.
