Job summary

Giga Energy seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager to own the full program lifecycle from design release to shipment. You’ll own the schedule, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead cadence with cross-functional teams to meet customer commitments.

You will coordinate materials, procurement, engineering changes, production slots, and logistics, while tracking risks and escalating issues with fact-based updates. This is a high-velocity, high-consequence role in a startup-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex, multi-function programs end to end.
• Comfort with BOM, ECRs, procurement lead times and production scheduling.
• Ability to build and run master program schedules used for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program lifecycle from design freeze to ship.
• Maintain master schedules and ensure they reflect reality and risks.
• Lead daily/weekly stand-ups and executive status updates.
• Coordinate materials, procurement, engineering changes, production, quality, logistics.
• Identify critical path and drive mitigation to hit customer dates.
