Job summary

Gexpro Services is seeking a Program Manager to lead customer accounts and strategic supply chain initiatives. The role focuses on managing inventory programs, improving fulfillment, and delivering cost-saving projects with a strong emphasis on customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a customer-facing supply chain role, plus the ability to present to senior stakeholders and manage end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination of education and supply chain experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to lead customer business reviews on topics like on-time delivery, trends, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong skills in building relationships, forecasting, and managing orders and inventory programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic customer service approach to meet annual sales quota and margin targets.
• Lead and manage ILM, VMI and/or consignment inventory programs to improve fulfillment.
• Provide account management including order entry, pricing, and delivery coordination.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with customers and suppliers to discuss performance and inventory updates.
• Resolve escalations and drive process improvements within assigned customer base.
