Job summary

OpenFX is building cross-border payment infrastructure and is hiring its first Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of strategic launches across multiple functions. You will own the how and when, coordinating Product, R&D, Legal, Licensing, Compliance, Trade Ops, Partnerships, Marketing, Sales and Finance to deliver on-time launches tied to business KPIs.

This high-visibility role reports to the executive team and involves building the program management function from the ground up

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles, preferably fintech.
• Track record of launching complex cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Goal-oriented mindset with focus on business outcomes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for baselines and trade-offs.
• Ability to lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Ops, Sales and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Integrated planning: develop one plan across functions with MVP/V1/V2.
• Operating rhythm: kickoff, weekly syncs, status reports, steering reviews.
• Delivery tracking: monitor RAID log, dependencies, blockers and decisions.
• Launch readiness: manage go/no-go processes and post-launch KPI reviews.
• Transparency: be the single source of truth for executives on status and risks.
• Build the function: design and roll out a PM framework with leadership.
