OpenFX is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional launches in the US fintech space from Miami, with possible other US locations. You will own end-to-end program plans, coordinate Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, and drive on-time, on-scope execution that hits business KPIs.

In this high-visibility role reporting to the executive team, you will design the program framework, establish governance, and build the PM function as OpenFX scales its cross-border payments

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles, preferably in fintech.
• A track record of launching complex, cross-functional initiatives (new markets, products or regulated offerings) end to end.
• A goal-oriented mindset: you measure success by business outcomes and KPIs, not activity, and keep the team focused on what moves them.
• Strong analytical skills: you use data to set baselines, track progress, size trade-offs and back recommendations to leadership.
• Ability to lead through influence: aligning Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Ops, Sales and Finance without direct authority.
• Strong planning skills: dependency mapping, risk management, readiness and go/no-go processes.
• A pragmatic, iterative approach; you know when process helps and when it slows a team down.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills: you build trust across teams and seniority levels, align people with different priorities, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally, from day-to-day updates to concise executive reporting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Integrated planning across functions: build a single plan with dependencies for every function.
• Operating rhythm: kickoff, cross-functional syncs, weekly status reports, steering reviews and post-launch retrospectives.
• Delivery tracking and risk management: maintain RAID log and surface critical dependencies (regulatory, licensing, banking).
• Launch readiness: ownership of readiness checklist and go/no-go with Product and functions.
• Transparency and stakeholder management: be the single source of truth for executives on status and decisions.
• Building the function: design and roll out OpenFX's program management framework and measure outcomes.
