OpenFX in Miami (USA) is hiring its first Program Manager to lead cross-functional launches across licenses, compliance, and partnerships.

You will own the end-to-end plan, align Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance, and drive on-time delivery with measurable KPIs, operating with influence rather than authority in a high-growth fintech environment. This role offers visibility to the executive team and equity potential, with the chance to shape OpenFX’s global expansion strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of program management or similar cross-functional delivery experience, fintech preferred.
• Track record of launching complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Goal-oriented, measured by business outcomes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills; use data to set baselines and inform decisions.
• Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Ops, Sales and Finance.
• Strong planning with dependency mapping, risk management, readiness and go/no-go processes.
• Pragmatic, iterative approach; know when to speed up or slow down processes.
• Excellent collaboration and written/verbal communication; executive-level reporting.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Integrated planning across initiatives with cross-functional requirements.
• Build and own a single integrated plan covering what, how, when and dependencies.
• Map stakeholders, define team roles, and gather requirements early to prevent scope drift.
• Plan iterations with MVP, V1 and V2 to deliver value quickly.
• Establish and run a lightweight operating rhythm: kickoff, weekly syncs, status reports, steering reviews, retrospectives.
• Maintain efficiency: drop work that doesn't speed up execution.
• Track progress, maintain RAID log, surface dependencies early.
• Make trade-offs visible and present options to owners for decisions.
• Own readiness checklists and go/no-go across functions; lead gate checkpoints.
• Lead post-launch KPI reviews at 3 and 6 months.
• Be single source of truth for executives on status, risks, decisions.
• Build OpenFX's program management framework with leadership.
• Measure impact by on-time launches, delivered scope and business KPIs.
