Job summary

OpenFX is seeking a Program Manager in the US to lead cross-functional launches in cross-border payments. You will own integrated planning across Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Finance, driving on-time delivery and measurable business outcomes.

In this high-visibility role reporting to Ops leadership, you will build the program management framework from the ground up as OpenFX expands into new markets, ensuring readiness, governance and alignment with strategic KPIs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, preferably fintech.
• Experience launching cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Growth mindset with focus on business outcomes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to base decisions on data.
• Ability to lead through influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a single integrated plan across all functions.
• Define MVPs and roadmaps to balance speed and quality.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and regulatory readiness.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch KPI reviews.
• Maintain transparent status updates for executives.
