OpenFX is hiring its first Program Manager to lead cross-functional planning and execution of strategic initiatives across Product, R&D, Legal, Licensing, Compliance, Trade Ops, Partnerships, Marketing and Sales. Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles.
• Track record of launching complex cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
• Strong planning and risk management capabilities.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced startup environment.

Aufgaben

• Integrate planning across all functions into one master plan.
• Define MVP, V1, V2 and manage dependency mapping.
• Lead governance with weekly syncs, status reports, steering reviews.
• Track progress, RAID log, and escalate blockers.
• Lead launch readiness and go/no-go with all functions.
• Run post-launch KPI reviews at 3 and 6 months.
