Job summary

OpenFX in Miami (USA) is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional planning for strategic launches. You will coordinate Product, Legal, Licensing, Compliance, Trade Ops, Marketing, Sales and Finance to ensure on-time, in-scope launches that meet business KPIs.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, building the program management function as OpenFX scales into new markets and regulatory environments. Strong fintech experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, technical program management or similar cross-functional delivery roles.
• Track record of launching complex, cross-functional initiatives (new markets, products or regulated offerings) end to end.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Integrated planning across Product, Legal, Compliance, Ops and Finance.
• Manage dependencies, RAID log and risk mitigation across initiatives.
• Own readiness processes, go/no-go decisions and post-launch KPI reviews.
