Amazon is seeking a Program Manager I for Fresh Food Production & Manufacturing to run strategic operations across food production facilities. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, build scalable processes, and partner with analytics to track performance and costs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and ability to manage ambiguity across a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2+ years of industry work experience.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional operations programs across the facility network, owning defined workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Track program milestones, dependencies and action items, and keep partners aligned on status and next steps.
• Help build and maintain operating standards, process documentation and playbooks that site teams can run against.
• Partner with analytics teams to maintain dashboards and reporting that track safety, quality, labor productivity and cost.
• Pull and review facility performance data to spot trends, flag issues early and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with facility leadership, food safety and quality, engineering and other partners to execute initiatives on the ground.
• Prepare program updates and summarize risks and recommendations for your manager and program leads.
