Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Program Manager to lead the PLS Task Order, ensuring compliance, performance, and successful execution. You will interface with Government stakeholders and manage DEERS/RAPIDS/CAC/PKI programs across CONUS and OCONUS ID facilities.

The role requires directing daily operations, maintaining quality control, and providing strategic guidance to sustain mission readiness and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiarity with Government policies, procedures and large-scale government programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with Task Order, DoD, Army and Federal regulations.
• Ensure delivery of quality service and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate with KO, COR-RA, COR-HRS, DMDC and installation leadership.
• Manage DEERS/RAPIDS infrastructure and related policy compliance.
• Maintain staffing stability across geographically dispersed sites.
