Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a personnel life-cycle support program for the U.S. Army.

The role acts as the primary liaison between DysTech and the Government, guiding contract performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple locations supporting DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC, Military ID Card, and PKI services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage a geographically dispersed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Eight+ years of experience managing projects of similar size and scope.
• Demonstrated experience managing large government programs and dispersed teams.
• Familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government background investigations and installation access.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and management of contract performance across multiple locations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Government representatives on contract execution.
• Ensure contractual requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met.
• Oversee quality control and compliance with the Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Manage staffing, workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and performance.
• Supervise site leadership and guide geographically dispersed personnel.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present reports, briefings, and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders during reviews and evaluations.
• Support transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and Army policies.
