Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. seeks a Site Security Manager to oversee DEERS/RAPIDS operations at Rock Island, IL. You will verify and issue military IDs, CACs, and manage security, hardware, and audit processes in support of Army personnel and eligible dependents.

The role requires hands-on leadership, familiarity with RAPIDS systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to obtain a favorable background check. You will mentor Verifying Officials and ensure compliance with AFI guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a site lead in a customer service environment.
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace while handling sensitive information.
• Must obtain favorable background check and security investigation.

Responsibilities

• Performs all Verifying Official duties and manages security hardware, audits, and user access.
• Controls and issues IDs and CACs to eligible military personnel and dependents.
• Screens Soldiers and dependents for visit eligibility.
• Briefs customers on policies and procedures.
• Maintains the DEERS and RAPIDS systems.
• Mentors Verifying Officials and manages building access keys.
