Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a personnel life-cycle support program for the U.S. Army.

You will oversee contract performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple locations, acting as the primary Government liaison to ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years managing large government programs, familiarity with DEERS/RAPIDS/CAC/PKI support, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience managing large Government programs and geographically dispersed teams.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain government background investigations are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance across multiple locations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Government representatives regarding contract execution.
• Ensure all contractual requirements, performance standards, and deliverables are met.
• Oversee contract quality control and ensure compliance with the approved Quality Control Plan (QCP).

(DysTech) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a personnel life-cycle support program supporting the U.S. Army. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact between DysTech and the Government, providing overall leadership for contract performance, quality, staffing, and compliance across multiple locations supporting DEERS, RAPIDS, CAC, Military ID Card, and PKI support services.
