Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a site lead in a customer service environment.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Favorable criminal background check and security investigation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with RAPIDS certification and government ID processing.

Responsibilities

• Verify and issue military IDs and CACs; manage RAPIDS hardware and user access.
• Maintain DEERS/RAPIDS systems and process RD and CAC records.
• Audit reports and security controls; guard and track supplies.
