Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and manage the overall success of a program, serving as the primary program contact for the customer and handling all contractual issues.

Responsibilities include cultivating customer experiences and relationships, managing changes, coordinating proposals, establishing plans and milestones, tracking schedules and finances, and driving continuous improvement to maximize profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience including bringing new products into production.
• Familiarity with government contracting preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary program contact, cultivating customer experience and relationships.
• Manage all contractual aspects, including changes, with effective contract management.
• Lead across roles including scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, test engineering, and quality systems.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue and business growth.
• Coordinate proposals and align customer contracts with Sechan proposals.
• Communicate customer requirements across the organization for project execution.
• Establish project plans with milestones, action items, and deliverables.
• Manage schedules and mitigate risks to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Articulate financial outcomes and drive risk mitigation for profitability.
• Suggest improvements in business processes to foster innovation.
• Perform other duties to fulfill the mission and values.
