Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. seeks an Assistant Program Manager to support execution of customer programs in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate programs, manage data, and assist with PMO reporting to ensure disciplined execution and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include cost/schedule/risk management, maintaining dashboards, and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 1-4 years' experience in program coordination, PMO support, operations, finance or manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support cost, schedule, scope, and risk management for assigned programs
• Maintain schedules, action logs, risk registers, and recovery plans
• Support program kickoffs, gate reviews, PMRs, tier meetings, and customer reviews
• Identify and upscale risks and issues with data-based recommendations
• Support change management activities, including ROMs and RAF/REA documentation
• Prepare and maintain program financial scorecards (revenue, margin, EAC/ETC, variances)
• Consolidate On-Time Delivery (OTD) and other program performance metrics
• Maintain standardized customer scorecards and reporting packages
• Support PMO dashboards and leadership reporting cycles
• Provide ERP/MRP administrative support, including program setup and data validation
• Maintain PMO templates, tools, and documentation
• Track PMO-level action items and support recurring cadence meetings
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Contracts, and Business Development
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and customer flow-downs
• Maintain audit-ready documentation in accordance with AS9100, ITAR/EAR, CUI/CMMC, and security requirements
