Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and technical requirements.
• Experience negotiating with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaison across groups.
• 3+ years of sales/account management experience or related training.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage program management activities: contract reviews, quoting, purchase order management, forecasting, revenue tracking, budgeting, and client presentations.
• Develop program plans and sales strategies.
• Prepare and present regular on-site and off-site customer business reviews.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to attain objectives.
• Manage customer expectations regarding delivery of products and services.
• Conduct annual customer surveys for feedback and future development.
• Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive and implement program management improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
