Job summary

Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to supervise the Program Management Organization responsible for customer order management, program coordination, and communications with customers.

The role involves defining customer expectations for quality, cost, and delivery, monitoring KPIs, and leading the monthly/quarterly reviews. You will coordinate start-ups of new programs, monitor BOMs, and ensure ERP loading aligns with contracts and costs.

Qualifications

• 8 years of program management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Business degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Program Management Team and all activities for customer order management.
• Define customer expectations for quality, cost and delivery and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews and overall profit/loss of customer accounts.
• Ensure costed materials and BOMs are tracked and that ERP-based loading is managed.
• Communicate with customers regularly and identify new sales opportunities.
