Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the primary customer contact, overseeing contractual aspects, program changes, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead integrated program teams, translating requirements and aligning internal functions, customers, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. You will proactively pursue new opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate deals, and maintain cohesion between contracts and Sechan proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technical, business, or financial discipline, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Extensive experience with program management tools, methodologies, and industry standards, including bringing new products to production.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) practices for programs >$1M.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams leveraging relationships.
• Lead development of proposals and launch strategies; oversee negotiations for new opportunities.
• Ensure alignment between customer contracts and Sechan proposals for successful execution.
• Translate customer requirements across the organization to ensure clarity among stakeholders.
• Build comprehensive project plans with milestones and deliverables; assign accountability.
• Manage project schedules and mitigate risks to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Articulate financial performance and implement risk mitigation and lessons learned.
