Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a Program Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to lead program operations, manage financial and reimbursement activities, and serve as Key Personnel for the TSA LEORP. The role interfaces with COR/ Government task leads and oversees 200+ airport law enforcement partner agencies nationwide.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA with 12 years total experience and 4+ years in federal budget/finance, with advanced Excel skills and broad MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 12 years of total professional experience, including at least 4 years in federal government budget, finance, or financial management.
• Experience in government program reimbursement or contract management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor POC for the COR, CO, and Government task leads.
• Manage budget planning, tracking, analysis, and execution support for LEORP.
• Oversee intake, tracking, verification, review, and processing of monthly reimbursement invoices from 200+ agencies.
• Prepare financial summaries, dashboards, and management briefings.
