Job summary

Hive Group, a HUBZone-certified SDVOSB, seeks a Program Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to lead LEORP operations and act as Key Personnel interfacing with the COR and government task leads. The role requires overseeing financial and reimbursement operations for 200+ partner agencies nationwide.

The position is contingent on contract award and requires on-site presence at Springfield, VA or McLean, VA, with a focus on program management, budget execution, compliance, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Total 12+ years of professional experience with at least 4+ years in federal budget, finance, or financial management.
• 12 years total experience with 8+ years federal government budget/finance experience desired.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools; knowledge of federal budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contractor POC for the COR, CO, and government task leads.
• Provide day-to-day management, task assignments, workload prioritization, and due-date tracking.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all SOW requirements.
• Prepare for Post-Award Conference and Quarterly PMRs; participate in reviews.
• Produce and deliver the Monthly Contract Status Report highlighting progress and risks.
• Notify the COR promptly of operational issues, risks, or delays.
