Job summary

Hive Group, LLC seeks multiple Program Specialists to support the TSA Law Enforcement Officer Reimbursement Program (LEORP). You will verify invoices, monitor funding and prepare financial reports while coordinating with stakeholders across airports nationwide.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of related experience, and strong Excel/data-entry skills. Work may be performed at a government site in Springfield, VA or Hive Group contractor sites, with normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 2 years of specialized experience in financial support, invoice processing, or program administration.
• Preferred: 5 years of specialized subject-matter support.
• Advanced Excel, data entry, and office suite proficiency; familiarity with federal budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify invoice amounts, rates, and dates against agreements and supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor funds availability, burn rates, and prepare financial reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with budget, finance, accounting, and procurement to process reimbursements.
• Maintain organized financial files and ensure compliance with records policies.
• Review data for accuracy before inclusion in reports and briefings.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures and internal controls.
• Flag overdue actions and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
