Job summary

Hive Group seeks a Program Manager / Senior Financial Analyst to lead LEORP operations and act as the main interface with COR and government task leads. Responsibilities include program oversight, workload management, and financial processing for 200+ partner agencies nationwide.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with substantial federal budget/finance experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 12+ years total experience with 4+ years in federal budget/finance or related field.
Desirable: 12 years total with 8+ years specialized federal budget/finance experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
Working knowledge of budgeting processes, appropriations controls, and accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

Act as primary interface with COR/CO and government task leads.
Oversee day-to-day program operations, workload prioritization, and task assignment.
Manage monthly reimbursement invoicing and financial reconciliations for 200+ partner agencies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and management briefings; maintain SOPs and internal controls.
