Job summary

Everforth Apex is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in Charlotte, onsite. The role focuses on program financials, coordinating updates across multiple projects, and engagement with CFO Change and ePMO. Immediate start date.

You will work with sponsors and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines, while tracking metrics and aligning with enterprise change standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to translate data into actionable reports.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• PMO experience and change management familiarity.
• Experience with Oracle and Oracle Financials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routines to support technology delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables.
• Promote collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.
• Gather and facilitate status updates for leadership on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
• Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Track success metrics and review performance with leadership.
• Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for delivery and execution.
