Qualifications

• Proficiency in capital expenditure tracking, cost controls, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and program forecasts.
• Track actual expenditures against approved budgets and identify financial risks, budget variances, and forecast changes.
• Support funding requests, approval processes, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain project controls processes, reporting structures, and track program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Monitor performance against key milestones and deliverables to drive accountability across stakeholder groups.
• Provide leadership teams with visibility into financial and operational health.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports, and prepare leadership presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and provide data-supported recommendations.
• Work across Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and vendor organizations.
• Facilitate meetings, follow through on action items, and coordinate purchase orders and invoices.
