Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Project Manager to lead a large modernization initiative. You will coordinate ERP data conversion, deployment cutover planning, and governance across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.

The role requires building strong stakeholder relationships, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering executive dashboards. Prior SAP ERP and S/4HANA experience, PMP certification, and willingness to work a hybrid

Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management for transformative initiatives within a major financial institution.
• Prior SAP ERP project experience, preferably with recent experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• ERP data conversion, deployment cutover planning, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, including multiple business partners and large data sets.
• Proven stakeholder relationship-building skills to drive cross-team collaboration.
• Experience driving large-scale, technology-focused programs or projects with large internal and vendor resource teams.
• Ability to create and manage multiple project or workstream schedules in parallel.
• A proactive project management approach with the ability to solve problems with limited context.

• Prepare documentation and presentations to support workstreams.
• Assist in identifying changes and coordinate readiness plans.
