Job summary

Epic Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the United States to lead enterprise technology programs end-to-end across internal teams and external partners. You will drive governance, RAID, budgets, and executive reporting to ensure delivery aligns with scope and business goals.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program management, experience with Salesforce CRM, and PMP/PgMP certification, with healthcare or staffing domain knowledge. Hybrid/remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management with multi-vendor tech deployments.
• Experience leading enterprise technology programs with executive governance.
• Strong vendor contracts, SOWs, budgets and RAID management.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and improve program governance structures and executive reporting.
• Oversee RAID, budgets, vendor performance, and contract scope.
• Coach project managers and align delivery with business objectives.
• Communicate complex program status to executives with clear recommendations.
