Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional enterprise programs and drive strategic initiatives. You will partner with executives, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate objectives into actionable plans, oversee multiple high-impact projects, and ensure successful delivery with governance and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, PM, Organizational Development, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise-level technical programs.
3+ years in leadership or people management roles.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.
Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale initiatives across organizations.
Experience building governance frameworks and executive reporting.
Strong influencing skills with executives and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with organizational change management and process improvement.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex enterprise-wide technical programs.
Translate strategy into roadmaps, plans, milestones and deliverables.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across business and tech teams.
Establish governance, reporting standards and project management best practices.
Track performance with KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
Manage multiple programs balancing priorities and timelines.
Improve operational efficiency through process optimization.
Facilitate executive communications and steering committee meetings.
Support change management to enable adoption of new processes.
Mentor project teams to foster accountability and high performance.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and policies.
