Wings Credit Union is seeking a Program Manager in Colorado Springs to oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives within Enterprise Delivery. You will partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and realisation of business value.

You will manage relationships across sponsors, product managers and delivery teams, driving change management and governance while maintaining a high standard of communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance, or similar related field.
• 3+ years' of applicable work experience in project/program management.
• Experience with Organization Change Management best practice.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
• Experience with technology implementation projects.
• Must be able to work in cross-functional teams to provide the best solution.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
• Maintain relationships and expectations at all levels to facilitate cooperation and effective execution.
• Collaborate with sponsors, delivery teams and Product Managers to support goals.
• Ensure program oversight, scope and quality.
• Document, plan and mitigate delivery risks and RAID items.
